|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — We live in one of the townhomes on the property and have loved living here. The only problem we have experienced is the parking availability on occasion. Staff is friendly and have been very helpful in responding to whatever problems that have come up. We just signed for another year, I would definitely recommend Boulder Hollow to anyone looking for a good apartment townhome community to live in.

|Recommended: YesGreat Landlord To Work With On Any Matter — Our one bedroom is comfortable and quiet. Working with Camri is always easy and transparent. A couple updates to appliances would be nice, but for the price you cannot beat this community.

|Recommended: YesGood Ol Boulder Hollow — We are just renewing our lease for our third year, we have loved it here The cottonwood heights area is wonderful and it is so nice to have a safe, clean, small community for a great price. The staff is wonderful here and always willing to help. One thing to note is there are animals on the property, but our landlady does everything she can to ensure the area is clean and not a mess of dog nasties. Overall, I will always recommend Boulder Hollow to my friends and family as well as Triton investment properties.
|Recommended: YesGreat Quiet Place To Live. Great Neighbors — It's a quiet place to live most days. Neighbors are always great. Management addresses all your concerns quickly and the maintenance guys are always speedy to fix your problems and are friendly. The apartments put out a great news letter to keep everyone informed of whats going on with policies, the community, and activites that people can participate in. They keep the grounds well maintained snow removed, grass watered and green, pool clean, laundry room clean, and make sure the parking lot gets some TLC when cracks show up. Overall the Triton and the Apartment Managment are honest folks that I feel I can trust who really just want good tenants to rent here and help keep the Cottonwood Heights community quiet, safe, and kind.

I would like to see some of the exterior of some of the units fixed. The shutters around the apartments townhomes are broken. I really wish there was a way to hook up my pressure washer to clean off my porch and to try and make my front door look good. It is in dire need of a paint job or at least a washing.
I have loved the pool all summer. I wish it was 2 degrees warmer.

You're too sweet, we love our residents! As for the shutters, great news! We just had new ones delivered and we start hanging them next month ;)
We'll discuss the pool temperature next year when we re-open for season.
|Recommended: YesClean And Organized. — No problems with neighbors, clean, safe. I leave the house early morning and get back late at night and have never had problems with safety.

|Recommended: YesA Nice Little Place To Live — It's a nice clean property. You can't hear people for the most part except for the pool if you live next to it. Many people have pets, but I never see any mess left by the animals themselves.
|Recommended: YesBoulder Hollow Is A Good Place To Live In, Very Quite And Everything Is Close By. — It's good to live here, the park is across the street. Everything is just little ways. Shopping is near and not far like other apartments.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — It's pretty quiet and an overall good place to live. The neighborhood is kid friendly, and I love the park across the street. Management is very helpful Maintenance gets work order requests done quickly and efficiently. So far, we are very happy to be residents of Boulder Hollow
